PNW Exports was built to serve the diaspora community with care, accountability, and trust. We collect only the information needed to process shipments, quotes, payments, refunds, delivery updates, and customer support.

We do not sell customer personal information.

We protect customer data through role-based access controls, private document storage, staff MFA, payment-provider separation, audit logging, and limited internal access.

Our duty is simple: protect the customer before harm occurs.

Role-based access

Only staff with operational need can see customer records, and only the records they need.

MFA for staff & admin

Multi-factor authentication is required for every staff and administrator portal session.

Private document storage

Titles, IDs, and shipment photos are scoped per customer in private storage.

No personal-data sales

We never sell customer personal information. Not now, not later.

Audit logs

Payments, refunds, shipment updates, and access-sensitive actions are logged for review.
